Il mondo della sugar art mi ha conquistata nell'aprile del 2011, facendomene innamorare totalmente. La mia passione per la creazione di torte e dolci, nata nel 1987, mi ha portata a voler realizzare la prima torteria su Foggia, cambiando radicalmente lavoro. Il tutto nacque dal guardare mia mamma che realizzava sempre torte fatte in casa per le nostre feste e dalla mia enorme voglia di imparare... E la mia manualità, mista alla tanta pratica e al voler sperimentare sempre cose nuove, mi ha portata fino a qui. La mia ricerca del bello non si fermerà mai e il gusto non sarà mai meno alle decorazioni.. L'incontro con Dario, poi ha stravolto la mia vita, sia sentimentale che lavorativa ed ora le creazioni non sono più a due ma a quattro mani.
