My cake decorating career started the moment I was able to reach the kitchen counter tops. I've been designing professionally for eight years now.

I took three professional classes, but self taught for the most part.

We opened Triolo's Bakery in 2012.

I entered my very first cake competition in 2012 as a Master Cake Artist. My competition career, although short, has lead to over 25 top professional awards.
