For my performance in the collaboration “My Bulgaria – a young and a young woman”, I chose to present the jewels beautifying the head of the Bulgarian married woman. The so-called Gabrovo region resembled a Byzantine crown. Despite its weight it was worn daily. It was supposed to protect the bride from evil eyes and lessons.
