My wife asked me to make her a cake for her birthday. So i created this sweet Sugar monster for her. The cake is filled with creamy milk chocolate ganache and raspberry coulisse. the ouside layer is made with bittersweet ganache (barry) and covered with modelling chocolate and Sweet Kolor fondant (love this stuff). We’re still enjoying some last pieces left from this monster mmm.. :)
