This was for my friend’s niece’s 4th Birthday – What a cool little 4 year old, she absolutely LOVES Jack Skellington and Nightmare Before Christmas!!! :)

It’s just a basic chocolate cake with butter cream in it (she is a picky 4 year old lol) and Jack’s head is a cake pop (a giant cake pop lol). :)

The was my first time attempting to make modelling chocolate in place of fondant… Went ok :) Jack’s head is just dipped in straight chocolate, the top later is fondant, as is the middle layer and the bottom is modelling chocolate. Jack’s tie, the lettering and the pumpkins are all gumpaste :)
